Vellus Clarifying Shampoo will not remove natural emollients needed to maintain the health of the hair. Buildup symptoms: Oversoft hair, Unusual tangling and Sudden dull hair. You need the residue for performance, however after awhile it will turn into buildup with any line. Dilute 10 parts water to 1 part concentrate.
