Instructions:
#1 ALL SYSTEMS Hair Re-Vitalizer, Texturizer & Instant Anti-Static Coat Spray is ready to use, but may be diluted with water (1 to 2) for finer, lighter-textured coats or where the spray is to be used over the course of several days. We recommend mixing with distilled water whenever possible. Mist coat lightly and brush into place.
